All grades of UKL are manufactured with 3 X A features.

What is 3XA?

Anti Stick – This eliminates the need of applying grease to flange surface. Results in faster and safer flange cleaning. Ensures better sealing with replacement Gasket.

Anti Corrosion – This finish reduces the amount of leachable chlorides at the contact  with flange thus reducing the corrosive effect of Flange material.

Anti Leak – This property confirms to irregularities of flange face giving better Micro-Sealing.

UKL compressed gasket sheets are manufactured in metallic & metallic to cover variety of applications in the industry.

UKL 49

A multi service high performance packing for valve & pumping applications. Manufactured from combination of PTFE/Graphite yarn with encapsulated graphite lubricant for rapid heat dispersion for use in high speed applications.

UKL 54S

A pure PTFE packing with self lubricating property with low co-efficient of friction which ensures easy operation. High chemical resistance makes it an excellent choice for process industry.

UKL 4322

A PTFE yarn packing with graphite lubricant for use in valves & high speed pumps. Graphite facilitates rapid heat dispersion enabling packing to operate in high speed applications. The packing has excellent chemical resistance.

UKL 3222

A high performance pure graphite packing manufactured from expanded graphite. This is a compression packing of square cross section that is fully flexible so that minimal gland pressure is required for effective seal in valve sealing although useful in pump applications. Widely used by OEM Industry.

UKL 3222W

A graphite packing with inconel wire reinforcement for use at high pressure. The packing has excellent thermal conductivity and chemical resistance. Mainly used in valve applications

UKL 466

A carbon based packing with graphite impregnation for both valve and pumps applications. The packing has exilent chemical resistence for wide range of applications and also used as anti extrusion rings.

UKL 25

A high strength packing grade manufactured from aramid yarns with PTFE lubricant. This packing is most suitable for abrasive & viscous media. The construction ensures dimensional stability and therefore resistant to extrusion even in high stress rotary & reciprocating pumps.

UKL 4303

A combination of selected glass fibre yarns & PTFE suitable for use in static sealing & valve applications. It is easy to cut & install.

UKL 4313

A top line hybrid packing that combines the properties of Aramid fibre and PTFE yarn to produce a high strength packing suitable for use in abrasive & viscous media and general service duties.
